The typical "Townhome" is designed as a 2,000 to 2,400 square foot, 2-level home with 4 Bedrooms and 4-1/2 Baths. Most feature vaulted Living Rooms with high glass and a generious Master Suite. Each separate building houses from 4 to 10 individual units.
All buildings have direct interior access via elevators to the complex Parking Structures below. The largest parking garge under Phase 1 Buildings "B" & "C" features a post-tensioned "roof" that supports the building and 24" of dirt and landscaping.

Designed in 3 Phases, The Village Townhomes at Arrowhead comprise of 64 Townhomes in 10 Buildings over 4 underground parking structures. On top of the garages a Streetscape of Pavers and Landscaping evoke a Rustic European Village. This Project was recognized as a "AWARD OF MERIT" Best in the West at the
1999 Gold Nugget Awards.
