The design features 4 Bedrooms with 4-1/2 Baths on 3 levels including a Master Suite wing w/ Study Loft. A Game Room & Bar are
featured in a Upper Level Loft.
The rustic home features Log & Heavy Timber Accents with Saddle-Notched Log Siding, Waning Cedar
Lap Siding and Board and Batten. The stonework is "Farmer's Mix" Drystack. Round Natural Log detailing abounds on both the Exterior
and Interior.

This 5,350 square foot residence was designed into the pine and aspen hillside in "The Ranch @ Cordillera". The home accents the long views across the golfcourse and valley towards the Red & White Mountains and the majestic Gore Range. Currently the home has a sitting room/closet addition under construction and a guest suite was added over the Garage in 2009.
