This 4,350 square foot Craftsmen residence sits along Brush Creek in the rustic ranching valley south of Eagle, Colorado. With sweeping views of the Sawatch Range and Castle Peak and the adjacent horse pasture and historic barn, the home was carefully designed to maximize this unique rural western setting. Natural and native Xeriscaping including an antique manure spreader complete the scene.
