A 6,450 square foot residence nestled along Wayne Creek in beautiful Beaver Creek Resort. A stone and iron bridge provides access across the creek to this Arts & Crafts inspired home. Originally designed as a Spec Home this project sold at framing and was custom detailed per the new owners.
Designed as a 5 Bedroom with 5-1/2 Baths, a Gourmet Kitchen, Greatroom, Large Family Room with Home Theather, and a Main Level Study.
This Rustic Mountain Home features "Farmer's Mix" stonework that matches the Bridge, Rough Sawn Heavy Timbers & Corbels, Cedar Lap Siding, Wood Shingled Roof with a curved Copper Hood and Flashings, and extensive natural Creekside Landscaping and outdoor Spa Area.
